“The gentleman who helped me last week was great. I arrived hoping to find out if a parcel which I was expecting had tried to be delivered as mistakingly my partner had ripped up the card in error thinking that both parcels had been delivered & not just the one. I didn't think they would be able to help as I had no recollection of any drop numbers or reference numbers but he looked into it for me & indeed there was one left to collect. He explained politely that I wouldn't be able to receive it on that day without my red missed delivery card but he very kindly offered to have it redelivered the very next day which was great.”
