I walked in whsmith today 22/01/2022 9.05am the floor was a mess the magazine where untidy, the books on shelves where a mess. Folders a mess. JUST A MESS it looks like it's run by kids with no adult supervision. Years ago it was so nice going in but it's changed for the worse.
