The Post Office website states that the Morton branch has assisted wheelchair access and non assisted wheelchair access. This is definitely not true unless your wheelchair can climb rather a lot of stairs. This is misleading and needs to be changed as soon as possible.

Great small post office and shop. Also run a mobile post office for outline villages. Reduced groceries but something for everyone.

A very friendly shop that I feel lucky to have in my village.I love the lucky dip bags of pic n mix sweets they have been selling during Covid. I'm 41 but you're never too old to enjoy a bag of sweets! The Post Office is extremely handy and open longer hours than any Post Office I've used before. Very handy for posting parcels after I finish work. The local produce they sell is great too!Highly recommended!

I popped into this post office to grab some milk after a journey from Wales to Morton visiting due to an ailing family member. As I walked in a lady with short blonde hair simply looked from behind the till and commented "No face covering, disgusting" as this is not a requirement currently in Wales I had granted forgotten to put one on but rather than polity position that one was required she chose to be extremely rude informing me to enjoy my tea sarcastically as I paid.I would have thought that customer care during a time such as these where jobs and businesses are suffering would be at the top of every business owners list.

Our shop has always been a friendly chatty shop sometimes buzy but we try to help everyone where we can. When reviewing us it might be an idea to tell the whole story . We open at 8am there are signs and facebook page that say this. Today i also see a review where we were asked to change a £50 note we do not do this. But that was enough for a bad review.and just be aware there are two Morton Post Offices in Linconshire.

worst customer service ever. staff are always so rude especially the younger dark hair women who rolled her eyes at me every time i walked in. very unpleasant experience. found it most offputting when i got to the counter and saw the shop assistant sat on the floor & not bothering to serve. will never be going back

I've been here a few times to ship things off and generally it has been no bother. Recently tried sending a parcel that was a single millimetre too big (in just the middle point of it) and was told I couldn't pay for additional postage as it was paid for online. I've never had an issue sending things before at any other post office I've previously used, this just seemed a bit silly over 1mm when all other dimensions and the weight were significantly below the maximum. I've taken my custom to another postal service.3 stars as shipping has been fine for international parcels before and the good opening hours.

Fab service from Morton Post Office. Ideal for parcel posting but often pick up a few groceries whilst we're in there. Nice selection of local produce too. 5*

Post office is part of the corner shop, which means they'll take in packages even when most post offices are closed and send them next time it reopens, which can be really useful. There's also dog lead hooks outside, so I can leave my dogs for a few minutes without them wandering off. Protip: there's food, garden supplies and pet food out the back.
