i have had my nails on for about a week now and 5 have already fallen off :( i don?t do a very harsh job so there?s no reason as to why they should have fallen off especially when my nails from other places last me around 4/5 weeks. Very unhappy with the service here and would not reccomend anyone going.

Had an appointment booked and had to wait 20 mins before I eventually walked out. They took a walk in who arrived just before me. When they attended to the walk in she did ask the nail tech if I was before her as I had an appointment and she replied ?it?s ok she can wait?. Not good at all! Won?t be back. I don?t mind waiting if your previous appointment over ran but to knowingly bump a booked appointment and then have three people booked for the same time when you only have 2 nail techs working is not customer service.Edited in response to owner: Wow. ClearlyCustomer service is not a priority. Firstly, I gotThere before my appointment time out of respect. And then waited 20 mins until 15 mins after my appointment. I explained I had another appointment that I needed to be at by 1pm and that you wouldn?t be able to finish my nails in time now. I won?t be rude to my next appointment just to wait until you are finished taking walk ins.Calling customers liars doesn?t make them or other customers who read this really want to use your business. Secondly, the main point i was making is that the nail tech actively told a walk in customer, who had queried whether I was first as I had an appointment, that I could just wait which is extremely rude. If you don?t prioritise your appointments over walk ins then what is the point of offering an appointment based service? As mentioned above in my original post I said I don?t mind waiting if previous appointments over run but to actively bump a booked appointment for a walk in is not acceptable. Your response is a testament to the rudeness of the techs in this nail salon.

Had gels done only 1 week, already dull andchipped, nails broke ( never had that problem before) and feel weak.I won't be going backPoor service.

I?ve used super nails for a long time now and wouldn?t go anywhere else but just recently the service has been poor. I booked an appointment a few month ago and was still in there 2.5hr later, the nails was then lifting after 2 weeks so I had to glue them down, I paid £36 for my daughters nails which only lasted a week and when I messaged to complain I was then ignored, I booked an appointment for a new set for 3:15 and when I arrived I was told there would be a 30-45 min wait. I wouldn?t recommend using them anymore.Service: Nail extensions

They put a lot of effort in when first opened I was always happy with my nails but unfortunately I feel it?s gone down hill it feels like they don?t really care anymore about what they?re doing. The last few times I have been my nails have been wonky the nails on my right hand point to the left and the nails on my left hand point to the right and I ask for an almond shape which I do get but all my nails are filed into different sizes instead of being one consistent size some are shorter than others some are longer and you can clearly see it, it feels like they are rushing to get the job done so they can move onto the next person when they should take care and do the job properly. They should care more about the end result after all I am paying for a good service not a half arsed one. Also the nail techs I see don?t speak one word to me other than asking me what colour shape and design I want on my nails. We sit there every time in total silence for almost 2 hours it?s a bit of an uncomfortable experience, I know it?s not law to talk to your customers while doing their nails but it would of been nice for them to make the effort and have a chat instead of being in uncomfortable silence. I have heard them converse in Vietnamese and English so there is no reason we couldn?t of had a conversation and I felt like any attempt I made at small talk was dismissed. And they can be quite rough pulling and yanking your hand around being that rough is not necessary it should be a nice relaxing experience but instead it feels like I?m getting my nails done by an angry teenager. Disappointed and had to find a new nail tech.Service: Acrylic nails

Rang them up&asked if they did Biab nails, they said they did so booked an appointment. Turned up for the appointment only to be told when I sat down that they do biab nails!! Waste of diesel &time. Could of got booked in somewhere else!!! Had to tell my daughter as she was booked in on Saturday coz they told her they did biab!!
