Excellent, friendly, courteous and honest service. I took a camera in fir professional assessment fir an insurance claim. Mark spent time checking and established that it was a setting issue. He dud this free and avoided any attempts to exploit an exploitable situation. He made no money from the interaction but happily helped.It makes me realise how we should support such honest local businesses. Five stars simply isn't enough for Mark & the team. Whenever you go in you're met with a warm welcome, friendly service, industry expertise and they do all this while always putting the customer first. I always leave with a smile on your face, they look after you and it's a level of service you just don't see much anymore. Amazing guys, thanks so much for all that you do whenever we come in!

I went in as a novice and left as a novice with a bridge camera! An easy going store with a no pressure attitude, would recommend to anyone who's looking for a bit of advice whether an amateur or a pro.
