booked delivery for shopping between 21-2200hrs this evening. 1914hrs i got a text to say its on the way. its now 2240hrs, i have tried to phone the store, its closed and no comms from morrisons about the food order. from single special needs mum who struggles pushing a wheel chair as well as a trolley at the same time. i do rely on shopping delivery. i stopped using adsa in lincoln, because they would just not deliver. quite upset this evening as shopping was to last until tuesday.

shithouse, obviously penny pinching on staff numbers and overtime.

I shop here because it's my nearest shop but every time I visit I'm unable to get several of the basic items on my list. Today it was shredded lettuce, Tropicana grapefruit juice ( had none for weeks), Sol lager, breaded mushrooms from the chill counter. On a recent visit I was unable to get the grapefruit juice, fresh leeks and unsmoked bacon!!!!
Tesco is looking more attractive every day.

Queueing for 20 minutes to get served at customer service as the staff would rather have a chat than work!!! Took longer in the queue than actually doing a weeks shopping !!!!

I had a Flying Start breakfast in the cafe. Lovely freshly cooked food and a prompt and friendly service. I used the automated ordering service and it was really easy to follow. I then did my weekly shop. Morrisons produce is always fresh, reasonably priced and there is a great choice of products.

Morrisons is situated on the outskirts on Gainsborough, or up the hills as the town people call it here. This is quite a small and dated version of some of the newer morrisons however the service recieved and great offers is just the same as any other branch. The carpark is large and well set out, with ample trollies, situated around the carpark. The store itself is well laid out, with the traditional market street going round the age, including the fishmongers, deli, greengrocers, baker and butchery. The aislies themselves are well laid out and availability is quite high thoughout the day and there is always staff replenshing the shelfs and tidying the aisles. The thing i like best is the butchers, as other supermarkets dont have this, normally the meat is just prepacked, but here you can actually talk to a real butcher and get the exact cut of meat you want at the price you want. They constantly have lots of great offers such as BOGOFs and better then half price. The only criticism is the checkouts are not usually well staffed meaning the queues can get long. However the staff are freindly andvery helpful
