I really enjoy shopping in browns the staff are really friendly and helpful, we need somewhere like this in Gainsborough to get more up-market clothes bags and shoes amongst other things, it's great.

Unbelievable savings on Sale items on the Clearance Rale today ! Levi jacket £20 instead of £120 ! Seasalt dress £15 instead of £85. I saved £370 and spent only £150! Fabulous friendly ladies staff too :)

Terrible staff cant park their monstrosity of a car (black saloon) near the workplace and pay for parking like everyone else has to, instead park in residential street with difficulties already for residents to park, but worse is fact this person (young women with dark hair and glasses)is preventing disabled residents being able to park outside their own homes!!! This is not on please tell your staff not to park in tower Street and pay for parking in future otherwise I will personally visit your store and exactly what problems she and her freind keeps causing

Went into the gainsboroug store & bought a Barbour water proof jacket half price in the sale. I was delighted & even more so when I discovered it was £30 cheaper than the Barbour site. They are genuine bargains

I was made to feel very uncomfortable in this shop! I understand the staff will come up to you to check everything is okay but not 4/5 times. The First Lady that came up to me was lovely. The others not so much. The whole store I was followed around and was stared at constantly! I went upstairs and looked at the underwear area to where I bent down on the floor to check the sizes of the Calvin Klein Bra?s to which a woman came round the corner, ignored everyone around her and bent down to me to ask if I was okay. Every other person that was around was not approached, therefore I felt like I was personally victimised as a possible ?shop lifter? maybe I didn?t look the part for such a ?fancy? store or maybe it was the trench coat. Granted I was younger than most people in there but last time I checked, it wasn?t a crime to have taste. I left without buying anything as this was my second visit to the store and the first time I was made to feel the same way but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed and was left feeling upset!
