I would like to thank all the team at Horsley for being polite and helpful especially Carl for helping me choose and the fitting for today. Brilliant carpet to hall stairs and landing also bedroom and very good price for standerd of carpet. Great service from a local firm that cares about its customers. I had some new carpet put down and bought a new bed off them. Nothing was too much trouble, delivery was when they said too. The carpet fitter did an excellent job and was professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this company again.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Horsley's for their once again amazing service. I went in to their showroom at 9:50am on Wednesday following a disaster with my freezer. Having chosen a new freezer and paid my new freezer was delivered to me within 15 minutes (exceptional circumstances and I needed it in the centre of Gainsborough). Carl and Aaron were superb with their service and delivery. I couldn?t have asked for anything else. Carl even levelled it up for me. Absolutely blown away! Thank you!!!!!!!

Took delivery of tumble dryer today.... Only to find it wouldn't fit with the new vent tubes. Delivery guy got on phone to Horsleys and I paid a little extra to have a condenser one delivered half an hour later. Excellent service. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

What an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Pleasant and friendly, Placed order over the phone on the Monday, items arranged to be delivered the following Saturday am, turned up on time, delivery guys were friendly and helpful. What a great company to deal with. Horsleys have just completed fitting new carpeting throughout my house. Nothing was too much trouble for either the sales team or the carpet fitters. I've had to rearrange the fitting date a few times due to other trades people having to delay completing their work, but it was always dealt with without any hassel. I am really pleased with the carpet and it was worth the wait. A special thankyou to Carl and also to the fitters, who were all great.
