I had an appointment at 3pm to get my hair styled for prom I was still waiting at 3:40pm when they said they would only be a few minutes. It reduced time due to the lack of service with being behind schedule without saying they was. Went home and did my own hair. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Absolutely awful experience. Was in an out within 25 minutes.I felt like an inconvenience, as a rep was with the stylists when I walked in and it was as though I had interrupted even though I had an appointment. I asked for my hair to be cut to shoulder length, but it is still an inch or two longer.I also asked for my hair to be thinned out, which the stylist did, and then took off my gown and didn't bother brushing my hair through afterwards. I had to do it with my fingers. £25.00 for what ! looks exactly the same as when I went in. I will definitely NOT be using stringers again.Got a mobile hairdresser coming this evening to hopefully do the job properly, which I am sure she will.

Finally!! Found a stylist that surpasses all my expectations. Hayley did exactly what I had wanted, and is extremely professional and competent. Booked again for colours and highlights, can't wait. Nice one.

I walked in and was able to get an appointment for a dry cut within an hour, when I returned for my appointment I was gowned up and seated straight away, Alex spoke to me about what I wanted and helped me decide exactly what I needed, she took her time and gave me an excellent cut, I'll definitely go back! Thank you

Have not been for a while ..but a friend said she was happy there. So I phoned and made appointment. I was met with a warm welcome and loved the my new style and colour. . Just needs nicer coffee. .

I went today for the first time (haven't been to any hairdressers in a good few years due to my anxiety problem). I felt treated nice and my anxiety wasn't sky high like it normally is because the atmosphere was really relaxed and the hairdresser was so very friendly and did the job so nice. He put so much effort into the haircut/styling I could tell! I love it and will go again in the future :-) Thank you very much!
