So, we are down this way house/dog sitting and being in a motorhome isn't always easy to get about etc., fed up of cooking and we find within easy walking distance the Swan Inn, now I always check trip advisor / Facebook reviews and they had some pretty good ones so we tried it out twice. Yes, it's an old pub that probably has seen better days but it's clean, staff/owners are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you and a big plus for us it's dog friendly inside or out. The bonus is the food is great, I mean really really good, today's Sunday roast best we have had in a long time and very reasonable. I always like to give a shout-out to local establishments wherever we visit and I believe there are a few campsites locally so give them a visit and you won't be disappointed but best to ring and pre book. Thanks to the Swan Inn team for making our visit here memorable

Good local pub, didn?t eat there but the Cambridge real ale was well kept. It was the only real ale on though. Lots of space outside so probably even better in the summer.

Delicious food and very friendly welcoming atmosphere. Very noisy, there doesn't seem to be a separate eating area unfortunately, but is is a busy local pub.

What a gem! We stayed at the caravan park just 5 mins drive. Last minute on a Friday evening for 9 of us we were accommodated in such a friendly way. It?s obvious the locals love this place but we were greeted very warmly by all. Toys to keep the little one busy, delicious food at brilliant prices and a great selection of gins!! Loved it!
