So we bought the Stacey Solomon bed quilt. Got it home washed it, ironed it only to find that putting the pillow case on it wasn?t stitched fully. So I?ve ad to sow it myself. I would have took it back if I would have checked it before I had washed and ironed it. Although you shouldn?t have to but EVERYONE CHECK BEFORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Clearly it ad not been quality checked before going on to be sold.

Waited again today to pay at the self service checkout after purchasing 12 bottles of beer plus a few other bits cokes and eggs. The member of staff just ignored me to id proof of age, I decided to walk out and leave all the shopping on the check out. Won?t be returning

Dirty store in need of a good deep clean. George clothing department is a mess and unorganised. Have purchased items that are on offer and the offer hasn?t been applied at checkout so check your receipt! The store is hugely low on staff. Never baskets at the doors. Hardly ever a member of staff available at the self service checkout and if there is they are running around under pressure to assist everyone

The Cafe breakfast is the worst I have had. Really cheap sausage, & beans. The eggs are over cooked and arrived broken on the plate. No toast or bread and butter offered.I forgot to mention that the price was £6.50.Shocking.

Disappointed at the poor customer service received today. I was using the self checkout, but the coupon I was using for my newspaper wasn?t being accepted. The lady looking after the checkouts (by herself) didn?t seem interested in helping me, and when eventually she did help all she could do was tell me off because ? customers can?t use coupons like that on self checkout tills?, This does seem strange as I regularly use the coupons at Tesco self service checkouts. Not impressed with waiting for help, and definitely not impressed with her stroppy attitude

Not so good. Hygiene isn't that bad, but the men's toilets are disgusting. Prices are pretty expensive but it does have alot of products you may need. Still do recommend!

This was the worst cup of tea I had ever tasted and my wife thought the same. We had to wait in a que for 15 mins before being served. We were refused a normal cup when drinking in and instead had to drink out of a paper cup.The kids drinks didn't come with a cup either even though telling them that we needed something as they were too big for our toddlers.When sitting down the table was dirty from the previous customer and we had to talk over the self check outs which were 3 paces the other side of our table. Very unenjoyable experience.It was fully wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair parking and wheelchair toilets. Although the qué was not friendly for wheelchair users as you would struggle it fit down the gap.

This is one of the best retail stores I have visited so far. It is very large and contains a wide array of items. In terms of the environment, the store is clean, well-maintained, and pleasing to look at.Almost everything can be found here - from fresh groceries to clothes, home accessories, drinks, ice cream, gadgets, baked goods, toiletries, etc... the list is endless, really.Prices are reasonable and there are many checkout points - for self-checkout, or otherwise. It really makes for a good shopping experience.

Love this shop, when I'm back in Grantham, I will come back to ur shop, I will get some food/drink/treats/books/alcohol, all of these, 4 me as I have been away, living in 3 Residential Care Homes, if I can't walk 2 ur shop, if I ring u can u please deliver it to me if that's OK?, I will give you money 4 helping me. We used scan & go just before we got to the scan till our handset went blank we asked what happened staff not very helpful just said we had to go to a normal till to finish our shopping so we had to take it all out and put it all on the till wasn't happy we was talking to one girl halfway through what I was saying she rolled her eyes and just walked away

Came into store yesterday which was the 30th December,did my shopping,on checking my items before I put them in the fridge I just checked to sell by date only to find it had already expired the day before.Not happy!!!
