  Brilliant from start to finish. Emily has the vision and helps massively in producing the template and design. She is very patient with indecisive customers ?Jay is reliable, turns up when he says he will and gets on with the job with no delays of disappearing for days.The tradespeople he uses are reliable, polite, competent and experienced. Everything flowed smoothly due to effective project management from both Jay and Emily.I am late in posting this review thought I had! However almost 2 years later all the work is still in an excellent condition.Would highly recommend.

  What can we say. Jay and his Team have transformed our small dark downstairs into a beautiful spacious bright home . We approached him and Emily with a dream and they did it. From day one they listened, discussed and advised and drew up the plans. They patiently worked with us as we added and changed ideas. So friendly and professional. 3.5weeks later after walls came down and floors came up we have our dream. Thank you so much. Your skills and workmanship are spot on. Anyone out there wanting work done. Here's your man. Oh and of course his team.
