Would like To thank Rachel and the team for their great and kind service. Needed a last minute tyre change as it had punctured on the A1. And as I'm not from the area and It was last minute on a Friday and I had nowhere else to go as all other garages couldn't do it. So I'm very grateful for the team fitting me in even just after closing time.Apologies for what I said at the start regarding the Kwik fit centres, I was confused with a different company in London :)Much again thanks for the Service, wouldn't hesitate to come here again if I was living in the area, or to recommend to others.

My car was booked in for it's MOT and it was completed on time. I have been using Kwikfit for my MOT for many years and various other things I've needed.I have always been happy with the service I've received and would highly recommend. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

MOT-19/12/23,13:00. Couldn't collect at 14:00 as failed. So sat till 16:00 waiting re cost and part needed. Kept asking. Took car home. Next day still no answer. They had 2 phone numbers too. I have found an alternative garage, who have found a new rubber for the propshaft. NOT to replace the whole thing! NOT very green Kwik Fit's suggestion. Oh I agree more money for them though!Never again. Two years ago hit me for 4 tyres when 2 would've done!So the communication issue was sorted & an offer was made to make good. However I'd already ordered the part to repair, instead of replace the whole propshaft.Happy they redressed the situation. It's how you deal with things when they go wrong that can matter more.

For years, Kwik Fit Grantham was my first choice of tyre supplier but I moved away for a couple of years with work, only recently returning to the area. The Kwik Fit Centre under the leadership of Rachel was every bit as good as I remembered, if not better with a much greater range of services. The team were extremely helpful and polite and, despite being an very busy and popular Centre, exceptionally accommodating in terms of appointments and wait times. The considerable package of work I had done was completed to a very high standard and prices were incredibly competitive, with advice based on a customer's needs rather than the most expensive option. I will certainly return to this Centre but for the time being, many thanks to Rachel, and to Max, for great service on this latest occasion.
