They could not be more helpful and Jade the manager is 100 % passionate about delivering the best customer experience in every part of your journey. The team always have an exceptional attitude and manner. Always polite , pleasant and extremely attentive. Whenever I call that always pick up the phone immediately and answer any questions or queries, with knowledge and professionalism. The savoy is a hidden gem and an absolute joy to visit. The toilets are the best I have ever had at a cinema. Food and drinks we always purchase as quick and easy at great combo prices. This team deserves recognition for their hard work and efforts in making the film / entertainment industry after Covid , a place which we must value so much, as to have such great films on offer at affordable prices makes the film industry a place we can all enjoy so much.
