Having read through the comments I now understand why the bad reviews. Was my first visit here and I proceeded to inform the lady behind the counter that my parcel has arrived and I?m here to collect. So, she took my name and said ?I?ve not seen any?, told her I have confirmation it?s here, so he took my ID and attempted to find it. You could tell she wasn?t trying or didn?t want to try should we say. Anyways, she found it and told me it?s been here a while and I told her ?yeah it?s tough getting here when you work 45hrs a week?, and I left.If I behaved in this manner with customer collections at my work, I?d be dragged in and given a talking too. Good manners cost nothing, nor does a smile.

Will literally pick up the phone just so they could end a call and put it down instantly, tried three time you can even hear the sound.Useless rude old ladys workin there

I?ve been using this post office for years and I can happily say that it is home to the two most condescending, arrogant, and rude pair of workers the world has ever seen. Had my final straw with their attitude today; will not be coming back. I?d rather walk 20 minutes into town than see their miserable faces ever again. Save yourself some energy and go to a different post office.

Rude... So there is me thinking post offices are where I post my postables... Oh no, not this post office... So they are always miserable as sin when I go here and I thought finally I will ask why. Only to be told if I don't buy my postage labels from them then I can't use their post office... Well if that the case put a sign up so people know and maybe called yourself "the possible post here office if we can be bothered.com"...

Absolute shocking, not professional at all, asked to print off a pre paid returns label and was sniggered at as I was unable to do this as home, yet the 5 people before me all had the same return labels and the woman had snotty remarks to make but still did it for theese customers, I questioned her and was given a response of they have printed there own labels off ,,, I was stood in the queue and this was not the case!!! AVOID

Terrible attitude, incompetent and rude. Twice in one week the staff here have messed up the post code on my packages, this has cost me a lot of money due to their incompetence. To make matters worse, I specifically asked to have my mail insured, however the dimwit behind the counter sent it without insurance meaning I am out of pocket when my customer doesn't receive her item. Useless waste of space!

Terrible. Told me, next time I will no get proof off postage for my ebay parcels because they get no pay for that. I had to change post office .

Had an attitude about giving me a receipt for items I posted and said "I wont be doing this again" how else are you supposed to get proof of postage from eBay items... it's like they dont want to post items!
