I have found the staff here exceptionally helpful in the collection office. I had a couple of missed deliveries which were my fault and they couldn't be more helpful and informative when I went to collect. Huge thank you to the team.

Terrible only deliver to my road every other day. Taking ages for things to get here. There own collection times out side the office is wrong they shut at like 1 midday weekdays so if you work and miss ya parcel you nkt getting that to the weekend. Striking because they want more money well 30 40 year ago we had 2 delivery's everyday and they never moaned happy as Larry.

Missed a delivery today after initially thinking my parcel was due tomorrow..my delivery note merely states my address, today's date and surname.No time, just AM and no instructions as to where its gone, just left blank...cheers.

Mostly good service but what crack head thought logic in having To go to wh Smith to process a parcel force roof bar return .when the same item will go through the sorting office to be sent out from their anyway .sort out your business royal mail.
