Came in today late morning. I ordered a eggnog latte which was lovely as always but the guy who made my drink looked like he didn?t want to be and didn't call my drink out the lady on the till told me it was at the end other than that great as always ??

I visit this Starbucks regularly, it is always clean & tidy, even when busy. The staff are polite, friendly, attentive and usually know your order if you visit regularly! The drinks are made to a high standard, latte art is beautiful and the staff are knowledgable about the products available and alternatives. It is the only Starbucks in Grantham; so is valued and the manager, Julia is running an efficient and welcoming store!

Without a doubt this Starbucks has the best staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble.In top of the staff being great, they excel in your orders and always provide hot well presented orders super fastBest branded coffee shop in Grantham for sure

Very clean and amazing service a lady served me today I asked for something wrong and she re made it for me it was a matcha ice but I was meant to ask for a frappe matcha, she was very lovely and understanding and made it into a frape for me. 10 out of 10 would go there again.
