I've had a conch and a tragus piercing done at Susan Bird's Salon and had excellent experiences with both. A full consultation beforehand and choice of studs, extremely clean environment and a high standard of hygiene when piercing.I had my tragus piercing today with Alice, who was so lovely! She was very swift with the piercing itself and I barely felt anything during both piercings. No bleeding or pain afterwards either. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and will be having more done soon!

Got both my septum and nose piercing here at the same time, was initially very happy and felt welcomed by staff. About 2 weeks after my appointment I had to get my nose stud changed out at a different place because piercing gun jewellry has a sharp back that was digging into my nose, and because i was pierced so high up the backing was being swallowed-I found out from said place that use of these guns isn't legal. I found that no jewellery was able to fit into my piercing because of the high placement (I wasn't warned about this) and it began to get violently infected so I had to unfortunately take it out. My septum piercing has healed alright, but both sides have significant scarring that I'm currently keeping an eye on. Friendly staff but do NOT recommend for nose piercings of any kind.

100% recommend this company. I won?t go anywhere else for my piercings, nails or brows. Fully trust them. All my piercings have been from here and never had an issue. Daith is my favourite.
