I had my eyebrows microbladed yesterday and the whole experience was fantastic. Everything was explained properly to me, the questions I had were all answered & everything was done professionally.The actual procedure was slightly uncomfortable, but bearable (no numbing cream needed!) and over very quickly!I cannot recommend Louise enough. Turned up for booking to find stylist off sick but no-one had called me. Appt rebooked for next day to then have message, not phone call, at night advising stylist still off sick. Really disappointed as too late to find anywhere else and need hair doing before weekend.Salon messaged me late in evening to say she had found somewhere who could fit me in next day. They have slightly redeemed themselves but still disappointed as this would have been first visit to them.
