Very happy with the blind I had fitted. Very unhappy that the fitter's van leaked oil on my drive which I have been unable to remove. I called the company about this and I was offered an apology.

We`ve just had a Roman blind fitted to a large window in our study by the lovely Patrick, we just want to say what a fantastic experience from start to finish and the end result is absolutely beautiful !! ? Recently had louvred made-to-measure shutters installed by VBC, very pleased with the end result. The initial consultation to measure up and quote did not come with high pressure sales talk and advice given was helpful. Although the lead time for ordering is quite long, it is worth waiting to get it done properly first time round. That said, the delivery and installation was earlier than originally estimated. As a first time customer, I understood the logic behind a 50% deposit for a bespoke order, but would have felt slightly more confident about the order if the balance was due after installation rather than a week before. I need not have worried; great care was taken with a tricky installation and the work area was left spotless. Excellent job done by Andy and Matt.

Very happy with the standard of the blinds although one of the four fitted in the bay window is not level with other 3 which is not good for my ocd especially when blinds open. Was told the bay window wasn?t straight but not sure how the third out of the 4 blinds can be the only one out of sync. ??

We have had vertical blinds from VBC over many years and they have always been perfect. From the first phone call to the chaps who come with pattern books, (and expertise, their first choice is usually the best!), to the fitting. Last week I popped inti their showroom to ask if I could obtain a longer wand and the young man asked me how long, went off and produced the longer wand...no charge! What great service AND local!
