Seated very quickly, we were the only people in ordered through the scan on the table without issue pizza came promptly and was very nice. After a while they did come clear our plates and bought our desert over, I ordered the cookie dough without ice cream - they served it with and the waitress did say becareful it's very hot, well even by the time my partner had finished his brownie it was still burning my tongue. Definitely more cookie then dough. Very disappointed I love dessert and even left a slice of pizza to save space for it! Ruined my evening completely still awaiting my chocolate fix!

Pizza Hut has definitely gone down lately, our previous 2 visits the pizza was cold and the staff weren't interested. Our server Anna was very friendly and professional so a high score for her. PH are pushing ordering online via scanning the app. I never order this way as I believe in proper service I don't want to communicate with an algorithm. The pizza was hot and well presented today however my biggest issue with PH is that it's card payment only even though they lose between 6 & 7% in fees. Payments in cash means they get all the money. We used to go weekly but because of card only I largely boycott the place and I would urge others to do the same with any business that decline cash.

Excellent service all round, the lady that served us on Saturday 20th, sorry I didn?t catch her name but she had just come shift was friendly and professional and nothing was too much for her, we all enjoyed our meals and left happy and full

We went to the Grimsby Pizza Hut on14 August. We were seated at a table by a young waiter. He told us we had to order by scanning the code on the table and then ordering online. He wouldn't take an order from human to human. He advised us that if we had an issue to "flick him a wave". I didn't have my phone with me. I had left it on charge. My partner did but didn't have an app to scan the QR code. We "flicked" the waiter a wave. He told us we would have to go to the website and order it on there. Neither of us had our reading glasses. The signal inside the concrete and steel building was poor. The website took an age to load, by which time we had lost interest in being in the establishment. Waiter again wouldnt take a human to human order so we ended up walking out and going to an alternative restaurant just up the road, run by humans that wanted your business instead of being talked down to by an arrogant idiot. There are alternatives. Use them. This place has ignorant and unhelpful staff.

Every where else seemed closed so we went here for lunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, indeed nothing was too much trouble for them. But we ordered the buffet and were thus allowed an unlimited selection from a few tired looking pizzas, an empty dish of pasta and some salad stuff that looked long past its 'best before' date. It wasn't cheap, it wasn't cheerful and we wont be going again.

Very welcoming, staff were great with our kids and helped us choose what our best options would be for ordering for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Really made us feel comfortable eating out as a family with 3 small children!

Possibly the second time we have visited a Pizza Hut. Not been avoiding them! Took our 8 year old grandson to celibate his birthday. Totally impressed. Food ?pizza? selection was fantastic + salad bar. Grandson loved his child portion pizza and pudding for afters. Grandma and grandad totally impressed with their big sharing pizza and excellent cup of tea. Amazingly the two members of staff on did all the cooking, serving and topping up the salad bar. Always with a smile and very attentive. Our waitress Jasmine! Pizza Hut will be seeing us again and won?t be leaving it so long this time.

Pizza hut has changed a great deal since we have lasted visit. Paper disposable menus (this I'm sure is because of covid). You scan and order your choice at your table and is brought to you. If you struggle there are staff to help you. They ask for your email and telephone number before each order. Tables were cleaned between sittings. The staff here are helpful and very friendly. Sadly there was no garlic bread available and your starters no longer come out on there own here it's all brought together. Salad was full at the time. Personally I think Pizza hut have become too expensive.
