Eyetest booked for child on 23 March. Got a phone call Thursday to cancel because they couldn't find an optician. Rescheduled for 6 April. Voicemail left just after 4pm the day before to say it had been cancelled.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and was told the night before that it needed to be cancelled as they had hired a locum to cover who "didn't start until 9:30". They were aware that this was going to be the case for roughly 5 hours before calling to cancel and mine was the only appointment that needed cancelling. The Store Manager repeatedly spoke over me when attempting to raise a complaint and failed to see why this was an issue. Do yourself a favour; go elsewhere.

I went to boots today for an eye test and I was looked after extremely well. The test was thorough and all the staff were very polite. The young lady who looked after me I think her name was Becca, she was so helpful and patient and helped me choose 2 pairs of glasses with honest opinions how they looked. Overall I was impressed. Thanks Becca x
