I came here to buy an engagement ring and I have no idea about jewellery at all so I was not in my element heading into the store, just like most other blokes.However, Jo and Tracy made me feel at ease straight away. They had a really in depth knowledge of everything and could answer any questions I had. I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to create a friendly atmosphere and help me in any way they could.I recommend going to this store as it was a really positive experience for myself and has some of the best customer service I have received from anywhere ever. I will be returning next time I need anything jewellery related.

I went into store to buy an anniversary present for my husband and the staff were amazing! I didn?t have a large budget but the staff still made me feel like a valued customer. Molly and Cody were friendly and helpful and found me something perfect and within my budget. Bought an expensive watch a year ago which developed a fault , rang to ask about warranty to be told it will be a year and wont be covered , a call later to Tag i have been informed that its covered and has a 2 year warranty , Ernest Jones customer is a joke she had no interest in resolving the issue just getting me off the phone ....avoid

Came in for advice about an issue with some jewellery I had bought from another branch. Was given half-interested advice and basically brushed off. Ended up injuring myself trying to follow this advice, so returned the item a few days later. I found the reception quite frosty and they didn't think to apologise for the inconvenience or the injury caused, and as I left the store I got grumpy stares from 3 of the women, which is not what I would expect from a high-end retailer at all. Yes, it's frustrating when you are dealing with a return but I'm still a customer and the customer experience should be just as excellent whether I'm returning something or spending money with you. Please improve your attitudes and learn to smile and be polite. I will be going elsewhere for future purchases.
