“An absolutely brilliant shop sad that its in a bad area (shame we dont have one in town) but the staff including security guard are outstanding so kind and courteous not like the miserable staff in our discount stores in town centre. I emailed their boss after a few visits as they really make my day when its quiet they will chat with you. I dropped my crutch and security guard came across and picked it up for me bless him. HAIL HERONS HEROES”
“Definitely worth visiting. Have an app you can top up and for every 20 pounds you get a free pound. I live not close to the shop, but they have a free next day delivery for orders online over 40pounds, but have one pound charge for packaging. No shop is offering free deliveries as far as I know. Have a little bit better prices than Lidl on some produce. Have some good discounts on some products, but need to check the actual prices for kg for not always the cheapest. Definitely worth shopping around. I have some nice products I like and definitely will buy them in the future. Never had any issues with staff or bad experience.”

“Great little supermarket for most of your main shopping. Never been in this shop until covid19 appeared and disrupted our normal shopping routines. Now use it every week. Even during the real shortages back in March, they still had most of the items that I could never get in the big Tesco down the road. Good parking too, never too busy, really good range of goods for the size of shop.”

“I often visit the store to grab a few bits, the store has a wide selection of products with good butchers range with good prices. The staff are usually Friendly who offer quick service. Prices are what you'd expect from a Spar store some products are expensive compared to other stores.”

“Verh big store. Lots of choices. Great prices.Quick service. Fabulous Bakery at the back of the store.. but also the other ready packaged on the shop floor like for instance excellant Burger buns the best ive ever come across thoroughly recommended as they are ready cut & not crumbly like a lot of others..And Only .85p with another added bonus although can be froze they also have a long shelf date on.So good idea to stock up or freeze.”
