“Four of us went on a Saturday 8am till 4 30pm.Really enjoyed the spa and treatments.The therapist is very chatty and friendly.We all had a back massage and a facial.The Hideaway area is perfect to relax in and wear the robes provided.Comfortable eggs chairs and loungers with cushions and blankets.Slippers are an extra cost.Coffee and tea were available complementary in the Hideaway.It would be nice to have some water and herble tea in there also.Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all available to use. Some broken / absent tiles need repair on the seats in the steam rooms.Free lockers using a token from reception desk.Showers are hot and clean.Large gym with modern equipment.Also gym classes were available for us to join.Cafe area is nice - it would be nice to have some healthy options to choose from instead of burgers and chips.A gluten free menu and a breakfast menu would of been ideal for us.Or even an afternoon tea which we could of eaten in the Hideaway.Shame the cafe closed at 2.30pm.The spa & gym closed at 4.30pm.”

“We just love ? it here a special little hotel with really friendly staff , rooms nice huge bed( comfortable too) bath and shower.Our boys played squash while we had a relaxing drink in the bar.As a family we have been staying here over a period of several years and will be back with our new fully electric car as there are charging points in the car park here ready for us to use.”

“Very friendly staff member showed me around. Weight lifting area downstairs, cardio and muscle upstairs. All very well equipped including showers and vending machines. Had to park using a nearby carpark, which was the only downside (no free parking). I will definitely go back when in Grimsby.”

“Lovely friendly club. All the facilities are kept clean and everything is easy to find. As a member you get lots of discounts on spa deals and sportswear. Often they do free samples of the elemis range which they use in spa. Pool is always warm and never too busy”
