Excellent service from Tonwoods in Holbeach, my tumble dryer broke down yesterday when I had a mountain of clothes to dry!! Rang Tonwoods and spoke to a very helpful man who told me what they had in stock. I paid for it over the phone and it was delivered and installed 2 hrs later and the old one taken away. You can't beat that for service!!

*Changing review as this is now sorted and she had a new fridge by 11am today, thank you*Left my Stepmum's elderly Mum without a working freezer compartment on her fridge today! It was delivered and within an hour it broke when they took the tape off the compartment.She rang and was told someone would turn back up to sort it today, they never did nor did they ring to tell her! She's in her 90's and needs a working freezer compartment. Sort it out!The Family have used Tonwood for years and will now shop elsewhere. Disgusting customer service.
