I have had my hearing aids for three and a half years now and have been extremely satisfied with the service I?ve received from the Lincoln branch. I?ve had six monthly check ups apart from the covid lockdown periods. During the time I?ve had my Phonac models, very little has gone wrong, a couple of tricky filters have been my only problem. The latest was last week when I was replacing batteries and filters. I was unable to replace the filter from my left hand aid. I had to go into Lincoln today, on spec I decided to call into the branch. I was greeted in the usual friendly manner. After explaining my dilemma, Mr Michael Swift replaced the earpiece and wire and I was on my way in minutes. Excellent service done in the usual efficient friendly manner. Many thanks.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. Nice shop and easily accessible. Everything well explained and easy to understand.

Visited for hearing test and general check. I was lucky enough to be helped by the owner of the business. Very friendly and professional. Shop is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Friendly Staff when I went for my hearing check unfortunately there is no parking unless you have plenty money for the meter or the car park
