Purchased shoes that developed a fault after three weeks. Returned the shoes and had a replacement shoes the next day, no quibble, no fuss. An excellent service from the staff in store. Thank you.

As always when we need anything for our walking, we go here. Advice is always unflinchingly honest. No preference for certain brands, just good honest truth. Wife now very happy with her new walking boots. Friendly helpful staff. Would really recommend this shop.
