Only went to send a parcel and they blamed everything from the packaging to the tape to the label on why it wouldn't scan. Even blamed my phone when I went to get the label for them to scan for them to say my phone is too old and couldn't scan the screen....my phone is galaxy flip 5....Never has problems with any other... read full comment
