They don't answer the phone! Not everyone is able to just call in on the drop of a hat so if you have an inquiry that requires some stuff input it is very important to be able to get through on the telephone. After calling several times this evening they are clearly had no intention of answering the phone and eventually cut my call off and then took the phone off the hook. Appalling customer service and lack of respect for people who need to speak to one of the staff

I just don't understand this pharmacy at all. I'm supposed to get a message to say my prescription is ready. I now don't need one of the items prescribed because what ever was wrong is now over.I've tried calling but I either can't get through or it just rings & rings & rings.I'm not making an unnecessary trip because I'm disabled & I can't afford to waste energy on a wasted trip.Does anyone know if Tesco pharmacy is any better?Can I get my prescriptions delivered instead?I'm so done with this pharmacy. ?????

Absolute dismal service today. 17/10/22. Prescription ordered days in advance and as usual it's not ready and made to wait half an hour for it to be "labeled". The amount of staff behind that counter is ridiculous. There is no excuse for people waiting so long. Too much time chatting and not enough time working. Dread going everytime. I do ring everytime prior to going. But guess what?! They don't ever answer the phone. Probably because they are too busy chatting between themselves. They need a complete overhaul of staff in there. And train them to have manner's. Disgraceful service as per

I have to post a positive review for this pharmacy because whenever I go there are always people moaning about how long they have to wait for their items and most of the time it is because they have not allowed enough time between ordering prescription and going to pick it up. So I would like to say that whenever I go I have always received a text to tell me that my pills are ready and on the very rare occasion that I have not had a text I ring to check if they are ready. The staff are always helpful and have never been rude. I went last Monday after seeing my GP and was invited to sit inside while the prepared my item, the staff member on the door was constantly getting grief from customers and I don't know how she kept her calm. So to all pharmacy staff, thank you , most of your customers appreciate what you are doing. ?

Just been stood waiting from 2:05pm till 2:25pm outside, no acknowledgement that me and the 7 others were stood there, it's always the same here, long queues, bad customer service and ignorance from the staff. Moved my prescriptions over to Tesco's. I don't have time to wait an hour in a queue for an item that's been ready for 24 hours.AVOID like the plague.

My doctor sent over a prescription on Wednesday 4th May called by several times in the week to find it either closed for lunch or a queue a mile long ,managed to see an assistant this morning Monday 9th May to be told it wasn't quite ready sorry for the delay, ( A week really)

Prescription went over Monday/Tuesday. Tried to ring Saturday and it was engaged for 21 minutes, obviously taken off the hook . Never seen such a long queue. My prescription wasn't even ready!! Worse chemist everMy husband and I are both disabled and can't stand for long but this doesn't bother staffRidiculous!!

Terrible service. Might aswell build a chemist and create your own prescriptions, will be quicker and luckily won?t have to deal with the staff, who are as useful as Anne Franks drum kit

One of the slowest pharmacys I've been too. A very unorganised and dithering service. Received the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. Everytime I've been here I've waited almost 25 minutes. It would be a one star but the staff are polite.

I rang on Tuesday on behalf of my husband, we are all currently self-isolating so not able to collectt his prescription.A most lovely lady immediately offered to bring the prescription to our house, the same day.I cannot thank this lady enough (I sadly didn't get her name). But had to leave a review to day a Massive Thank you
