“We had a take away fish and chips with curry source and it was freshly cooked and absolutely excellent. Served in a quality box. We looked at the restaurant facilities and they appeared to be really really good.”

“Love the takeaway coffee machine that has provided very useful during the Covid restrictions. Handily placed right next to the hot food, various sausage rolls, bacon and cheese plus ham and cheese pastries and choice of paninis. Top marks to the staff who are always very friendly.”

“Great little store, just a few mins walk away from the Uni, Bus Station and Train Station. Can't beat the £3 meal deal, which is has been in stock every time I go in.”
“Much better than it used to be. They often have the odd item at a cheaper price than other larger supermarkets which is great because I will always go to Spar for them instead of the larger shops. The shop is clean, very handy and it's great that it has a Post Office counter, too, saves traipsing to the Birchwood Centre if you're elderly or have mobility issues.”

“Shop was well laid out. First time ever been in this shop,so of course couldn't find anything, a shop assistant took me to two different places cos I really couldn't find these two items, despite one been about 4 foot from where I was standing. Would use again”

“Outstanding customer service. I hate to say it but I had a bit of a sudden awkward financial situation which meant I had to return all the items I bought moment's later. All the managers and staff were fantastic, understanding, discrete, quick and efficient. There's always that one annoying customer and that was me. I'm so grateful for their grace and professionalism.”
“Nice store, friendly staff. Good range of goods. An added bonus is the instore pharmacy. The only downside and not really co-ops fault is that if you call at school run time every car park space, including the 2 disabled bays and double yellow lines are taken by mums at the school next door and the shop empty!”
“Small but perfectly formed. Situated at the entrance road to the Co-Op shop in the old furniture and coffin maker workshop. It is all on the ground floor although the servicing area is quite small, no more than 5 customers at any one-time. Due to this there are limited pick-your own items, so it would be best described the pharmacy as a prescription/ non-prescription dispensary.Lack of staff and only one pharmacist can make service slow, but they are very friendly and helpful. Looks to be one consulting room.Access for the mobility impaired is very good and adequate for those confined to a wheelchair without able body help. Large electric wheelchairs (Inc small scooters) would find entrance very difficult.Disabled parking (2 slots) is in the main shop car park and can be a nightmare. It's too small and badly laid out”

“Brilliant little shop. It had a wide range of goods. It's my first time in the shop. I was on my way to relatives in Grantham. I managed to get everything I wanted. The young assistant was polite. Will use it again when passing”
“Our NEW local Co Op is fantastic. It was much needed for the area and is definitely a great addition. It is larger and has much more stock and much more choice. I used to have to go to a couple of different shops to get what I needed sometimes when I didn't want to go to the main supermarket but just needed a few things I had to go to multiple shops but now I can go to our new co op and it's all there. Parking is great, lots of spaces, disabled spaces and access and 2 electric charging bays. Everyday there is fresh bakery items, coffee machine, slushy machine, even fresh free drinking water for customers. The new cash machine located in the back of the shop is updated and easy to use. It's lovely to see our lovely co op workers happy in there new shop. Thankyou for all your hard work setting up the new shop and we hope you will all be happy in your new work home ❤️”

“After struggling with far too many options online we decided to try Co-op travel and see if they could find us a family holiday. The customer representative took our details and requirements and then narrowed it all down to a handful of options. She was incredibly patient, as we were there for what felt like ages and did a thoroughly good sales job. Oh and the shop was air-conditioned while it was boiling outside, which made it a much more pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them.”
