Josh at the Lincoln branch was amazing! We popped in last week to look for wedding rings, not planning to purchase there and then, but to just get an idea. Josh was so good and knew exactly what we wanted and found the perfect wedding band to match my current engagement ring, We left the store to get a coffee and 15minutes later we purchased both rings! My partner took me into the store so I could ? look? for a ring as a present.I certainly didn?t expect to find ? the one? so quickly. However a lovely young man called Scott spent a lot of time explaining my choices , the history of the rings , and answered so many of my questions with patience.I chose the first ring I tried on after looking at several other options.I can only praise Scott for his knowledge, approachable personality, and helping me choose the perfect gift. There was no pressure on his behalf , in fact the opposite! A very enjoyable experience.I called back in today asking if I could get another of my rings cleaned. Once again , the staff were very helpful and cleaned the ring beautifully?.. at no charge .10/10 Ernest Jones

Visited the store today to collect a gold bracelet which was sent for a repair which unfortunately couldn't be done , and also a new watch strap and battery for my husbands watch .I've never had such a painful experience of being served ....Firstly the young man (who was clearly new to the job but doing his best) I had no complaints or issues with.all beit a rather slow and laborious experience.Secondly the older female assistant was completely over baring in her manner and attitude.Her whole demeanor was of over superiority condescending and bigotry.She was explaining how we should think about having my husbands watch overhauled at a costof £85 this is on top of the £50 for a battery and £28 for a strap !The strap they had to order the watch had to be sent away to have a new battery fitted.Her attitude was completely wrong, we felt we were being spoken down too! She clearly has no affinity with pleasant customer service her attitude was completely wrong.Her talents would be far better used behind the scenes rather than front facing public.If Eric A Bird were still in business this would all have been done the same day at half the price!WE were on the verge of going to Samuel's and honestly wished we had done.Gone are the days where you could take a watch into your local jewelers get a strap and a battery all done in store the same or next day and not be charged extortionate prices.What's happened to goodand who's staff are pleasant and polite.?

I have just bought my Tudor from Scott Gibson and must say I couldn?t be happier. The service I have received from start to finish from Scott has been brilliant, he shipped me two watches into the store for me to compare with the one in the window. He helped me make a decision with no bias towards any of the different watches price point. He is a credit to Ernest Jones and Tudor alike. I will be coming back for my next watch without a doubt.

Outstanding service, I took a family heirloom ring to the store back in May, with a missing opal and was kindly met by Megan and Beth. After a short period of time Scott and Jodie were able to arrange for some sample opals for me to view. I can now say its been a sentimental rollercoaster but a huge thank you all the staff but especially to Scott, Josh and Olena who supported me today when I burst in to tears of happiness when my ring was presented back to me. Can't recommend this team enough, thank you.

Josh was outstanding. Went in with a good idea of what I wanted. No faff at all for him. Was a lovely lad to chat to and really knew his stuff. Sorted me out very quickly and removed the exact amount of links necessary first time. A real star. I will be returning here to buy any other jewellery/watches I need :)))

My husband and myself have been using Ernest Jones Lincoln for years now. Firstly my engagement ring, then our wedding bands, cleaning and replating of my rings and then most recently today, for my 10year anniversary eternity ring and my husband's ring resizing. The service we got today from Jodie was brilliant, she was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and took time with us to find the perfect ring. After visiting some other stores, I visited this store along with my partner for the wedding ring, Jo was really helpful, sweet and professional, she answered all the questions we had regarding the choice of the ring. we eventually ended up buying the ring from there, great service offered by Jo and the store.
