Unfortunately the service could be improved. Colleague was not able to offer any advice on fit, just said ?it?s up to you?. Poor.

Having read recent reviews I wish I had not taken my recently bereaved friend in. There was a lady with a tape measure stuck around her neck like she was a taylor from Saville Row (worthy of respect). Her extremely poor eye contact and customer service has ignited the need to respond by writing a review. She needs training in customer service etiquette, politness, compassion, and kindness. You have no idea who is walking through your doors. Please remember to treat everyone with respect.

Sophie was super helpful, trying to solve questions that were immediately shut down by who I believe was her manager. Found this man quite discriminatory, didn?t want to help me in the slightest and kept insisting a refund back to card is ?impossible? when paid for in cash. Sophie however persevered and ensured my request was completed, much, much nicer and more helpful than her superior.

We needed shirts for our teenagers for the wedding. I rang the shop to ask if there are sizes available so we don?t waste time on unsuccessful trips (very tall lads but still narrow frames) and the lady had a look and put them away. Next day morning as soon as we walked in she knew straight away - must have sensed the energy Lol. The ones I asked for were a touch too small but the lady found a 1/2 up & they were gorgeous. Beautiful fabric, double cuffed, just pure quality and elegance. Overall lovely staff and great inventory.

Last minute suit purchase for a wedding, which saw Dale go above and beyond in sourcing me my sizes from the warehouse as the stock was low.All arrived next by day delivery and absolutely spot on.Many thanks,Rick

me and my partner came into the lincoln store twice in the last week. the first experience lacked any form of customer service. we walked in, walked around the store to look for a suit for my partner and then left. not a single member of staff greeted or interacted with us in any way the whole time! the second time we visited the store (17/07/22) it was to return an item bought online that was the wrong size. again we weren?t really greeted, gave the man at the till point our parcel and explained the situation. without saying a word to us, he then passed it over to his female colleague muttering ?refund?. not a single word from the lady either until she asked my partner ?phone number??. all around poor customer service, complete rudeness and an experience that left us a little gobsmacked. definitely will not be visiting this store again! (not even worth the 1 star!!)

Catastrophic customer service from start to finish for the suits ordered for my wedding unfortunately (7 suits). Wherever they could mess up they did! They ?couldn?t find the order? most times and gave wrong sizes and colours to them constantly. I would NEVER use them again as it?s been so stressful. Also they never answer the phone.

I ordered a £400 suit from Moss bros and it arrived in a plastic bag crumpled and creased. I have hung the suit for a couple of weeks but the creases are still visible. I will need to take the suit to the dry cleaners for pressing. I contacted customer services and the response was to blame the delivery driver. I suggested that a suit of £400 should be folded neatly and delivered safely in a box. I have had no reply..customer service????

Yesterday me and my partner went into Moss Bro?s looking for a suit, very apprehensive due to not being able to find a suit for women online or anywhere for that matter; when we entered the store we was greeted and helped straight away! Martin was absolutely amazing and accommodating whilst going through this process and ensured we was comfortable every step of the way! He got us all sorted for her suit! I just want to express how amazing all staff were and how much they helped us looking for a suit for a women! Very happy and will defiantly be returning for all our suit needs in the future!!

I went in to buy a new suit for my upcoming graduation. I was fortunate to have been helped by someone called Lily and she was very useful with her knowledge on the suit ranges in store and their fittings. Her help was invaluable and I left with a new suit and extremely happy with my choice! The rest of the staff that helped serve me were also very polite and ready to help.

Awful expeirence from start to finish, zero interest in showing you what you chose to hire in the first instance then onto measuring up well guessing what size you are. When you try something on 3 sizes to big saying that looks OK ? having to prompt them it certainly doesn't. Total apathy if its wrong a week before the wedding we will get them adjusted. No Dale that's not acceptable. Dale is the assistant manager by the way. Young lass you 'measured' up my father in law had the same apathy as the assistant manager. If you need something for your event avoid this shop. 1 positive Sarah seems to know what's she's doing just a shame she wasn't there when we could have done with her. To be charged £100 to cancel the 'service' is beyond the joke and for the company to just close the complaint with no reply is another example of what a awful company this is.

No interest in wedding suits, No knowledge, No sizing you, Never a complete suit available to try, No care or understanding. I loved a suit so much I gave them the benefit of the doubt. To go back to buy, Lost my suit. never had it ready and she said, maybe someone need parts of your suit to complete theirs!!! Good job I wasnt getting married 4 weeks after collection. Please dont use for weddings suits. It's not an actual service.
