Under staffed the staff are stressed, rude and making mistakes. dropping delivery tickets in the food and holes in there gloves and I wasn't handed my receipt. tables are dirty.

It states on the app that they had a deal on footlongs however when we asked they said it was a ?waste of their time?, poor service and also charged me more than my usual order which I have got from multiple other branches??

I recently decided to give subway a try and ordered a sandwich with high hopes of a tasty meal. Regrettably, my experience turned out to be less than satisfying due to an excessive amount of sauce that rendered the sandwich nearly inedible. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, I was greeted by an overwhelming aroma of the sauce. As I took my first bite, I immediately realized that the sauce had completely taken over, making it impossible to appreciate the other ingredients. The bread had turned soggy, and the flavors were drowned out by the excessive sauce. I understand that sauces can enhance the flavor of a sandwich, but the ratio here was completely off-balance. It was disappointing to see the potential of the sandwich overshadowed by the careless assembly and excessive use of sauce. I struggled to finish even half of it due to the overpowering taste. Awful.

Been going for quite sometime now during my lunch breaks in the city and every visit is a pleasure. I am met with staff who are lovely, hard working and always remember me and my orders. So very greatful to them and the hard work they continue to do. Keep smashing it!

Just visited Subway in Lincoln , asked for a tuna salad.... meal absolutely covered in copius amounts of pesto... I like pesto BUT my meal was drowning in a sea of green, could taste nothing but PESTO. Took it back straight away and a male staff member looked at it and said I don't know what you want me to do you said you were OK with pesto... he then got a colleague to examine it... she.. with a smirk stated " there's not that much pesto" nothing we can do AND proceeded to just ignore me. I then threw my whole PESTO SALAD in the bin, no refund, no exchange, no part refund and I left... I will not be returning EVER !!!

I ordered from here a week ago and while I enjoyed my food. I deducted two stars because of two simple reasons..1: The staff member who served me was quite pleasant at first but after asking me if I'm local. I told them I was moving to the city and their knowledge of the city is shocking in that they don't even know where Waterside and St Swithin's Church and Square is. Despite being literally next to the college and ring road. I was shocked by their lack of knowledge of the city. Despite asking me if I'm a local. They also stopped really engaging with me which I found quite rude.2: The salad was really bad and the meat was not very pleasent. Also failed to allow me to scan my subcard so I was quite disappointed and offended.So I'll avoid this in future with people who ask if I'm local act local and don't know where the easiest and obvious places are.Sorry but 3/5 from me unless the owners respond to this. Never again.

Location is great. Been going here since I was at college. Could be more seating though. Served quick enough and reasonable service.
