Had to go into fetch my prescription barely being able to walk. Not only was I served promptly and offered a seat whilst I waited but the chap on the counter even fetched me some eggs as he could see I was struggling. Didn?t catch his name but seriously this world needs more people like you. Give this man a raise.

Why are they so miserable in this Pharmacy, a little smile and customer service would improve this Pharmacy enormously, they are always fed up!!

The full breakfast ordered they initially didn't include the eggs. When complained they took it away and returned it 10 mins later with an egg and the rest of the breakfast was cold. The avocado with poached egg they originally served on the wrong bread so was returned. The replacement they bought out had peppers in it despite being ordered without due to allergy. We gave in and left leaving most of our food. Waisted time, money and left hungry

Lady working in there is incredibly rude and didn't care about me having to go away for 10 days without my antidepressants because of their mishandling. Horrible woman.

I called today 3:27pm to speak to the pharmacist since it was advised to me by 111 to call them. My concern was tonsillitis, But the lady on the phone was rude and just told me ?we cannot prescribe antibiotics? and i said I was advised by 111 to call then she dropped the call without letting me finish. I know antibiotics should be prescribed by a doctor because I am a health professional as well, at least she could have given other prescription for pain relief but instead she just dropped the call. This kind of people needs a lot of training for customer service.

Everything's gone to hell in a handcart since COVID provided the World's Best Excuse for poor service, and the Lincoln Extra Tesco Cafe is just the latest example I've found. I used to use the cafe regularly on a Saturday morning - pre COVID - as my reward for doing the weekly shop, and decided to resurrect the practice this morning. Service was slow. Really slow. Bloke with 2 kids trying to order breakfasts and milkshakes and cappucino and wraps..... the list seemed endless, and each preceded by the bloke asking these very young kids "what would you like?" OK, most of us have been there but the sensible move on the part of the counter assistant would have been to go get someone to take orders from those of us queueing. But no. Once ordered the food arrived quite quickly. But how things have changed. Small, thin and undercooked hashbrowns (which didn't actually taste very nice), a fried egg which must have come from a pullet, it was so small, a sausage which was one of those tough-skinned small items full of an unidentifiable paste.... really very very poor indeed, Tesco.

Can you say absolutely massive!!! Open 24 hours! A nice big store filled with lots of extras and plenty of space to avoid others while shopping! One way foot traffic scheme coming in and out with the usual spray and hand sanitizer dispensers available. Nice to see a sushi section, I will be trying that at some point!!

Yummy. Everything is fresh. Due to Covid registration, the queue is long. But the food was worth it.

women on phone could not wait to get me off the phone, that is bad customer service and I will not use you again and tell everyone I know about my experience. thats how it works!
