Very very expensive- often twice the price for an item compared to other shops. They charge you to use the bathroom and that requires a 10p coin which you have to obtain.
We've been here three times and the food in the cafe is excellent especially as they do smaller portions. The only downside is the toilets where you have to put in a code which makes it difficult for my disabled friend to reach so I have to help. The cafe and store is lovely and clean.
First the positive, the ordinary shop floor and cafe staff are generally friendly and helpful. The management seem to dedicate their life to discouraging customers and making life harder for elderly and disabled customers.
