Excellent service buying our Volvo. Explained everything about the car and offered various options for a test drive. No pressure sales just friendly helpful information. Very fair offer for our car. I had four Volvo's from them in the past and after a spell with a different brand have come back as I was confident we would be looked after. No regrets. Was on holiday in Louth and the underneath tray of the engine came loose on my Kuga. Drove in and within half an hour they had fixed it and I was back on my travels. Very helpful and all for free, keep up the good work and thank you again!

Absolutely excellant help from these guys. I?d left my ignition keys in my car last Thursday morning whilst using the air pump for my tyres. Turned back to my car to find all doors locked!! Everything I had was in the car, phone, house keys, bag. No spare key at home (I was 6-7 miles away from home and was offered a ride back to get a spare key if I?d had one). They helped for 2 half plus hours out of their working day to try to get into my car. To no avail sadly, and in the end I had to ask one of the guys to smash a window. But at least they were more than willing to help. So a very big ?THANK YOU? to all those involved.
