It's important to start out by saying that the service here is excellent. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, great at their job, and I respect them.But what really sets this place apart is just how good-looking the staff are. Seriously. Every single one is a 10. No exceptions. And not in an intimidating way. Honestly, I'd like to just hang out there with the smart, friendly hotties. But they're very hard-working and it would be inappropriate, so I'll just leave this here instead. Kthnxbye

Every time I need a prescription nothing is ever a problem. The staff are very friendly and professional- exactly the experience we should have in any pharmacy or shop of any sort, a shame this sort of service seems so rare, we?ll done Pharmacywise ?

Hi!Could somebody kindly spare a moment to explain the prescription process please as there looks to be some confusion judging by some of the reviews??My understanding is:- patient goes to Doctor- Doctor sends a presctiption- Pharmacy recieves and despenses prescription.So if there is a breakdown and the pharmacy, despite doing a prescription tracker can't see a prescription surely that's because a doctor hasn't sent one? ?Also..the 111 service, isn't that there to get a prescription when one hasn't been sent to the pharmacy by a Doctor or for emergency supply?Sorry, not being thick but was a little confused by the last review....surely if they had to ring 111 it was because there was no script to find at Boots either? Had they rung 111 before going to Pharmacywise wouldn't they have recieved the medication there too?Would also like to say, been getting my medication here for 4 years and never had an issue and if i have its been my own fault for allowing myself to run out and not ordering, something that they have always helped with.

Avoid like the plague!!! This shop is all about profit they do not care about customer!!!!!! My little lad needed medicine and they said it isn?t in stock. Had to go back to doctors and they told us to go to boots and straight away they got it for us. I would ignore the last review as it looks like a fake one done by them

This review has been a long time coming.We switched pharmacies after I explained to a member of staff that my daughters life threatening rare genetic condition meant she was in urgent need of the medication that had been sent to them days before because without it she would literally die & they responded with"I've heard that excuse so many times already today,"I had to ring 111 & they pulled the script as a matter of emergency & Boots gave me it within 10 minutes of that call.All pharmacy wise care about is profit, they have zero humanity & the day that place goes out of business, the better because they simply do not care.You don't put someone's life at risk simply because you can not be bothered to do your job.You know the place is bad when the doctors surgery closest to them tells you to go with one in town because you won't get your prescription FOR DAYS!Do yourself a favour, even if you're at Newmarket GP, pick a pharmacy in town. You may have to go further, but at least you will get your prescription on the day it's issued.

This is one very busy pharmacy but l have always had a good helpful customer focused experience with all staff even down to the pharmacist ringing to check that new medicine was not causing a problem. They do deliver as well ?..

Randomly locked at 1:45pm, no signs or anything to say people are on a lunch break or something. I can see staff are inside.
