The most incredible independant gym , run by a fantastic caring staff. I am in my mid 60's and was put off gyms buy muscled hulks and gym bunnies with condescending staff. Great gym, comprehensive. Has good equipment for all purposes! Bodybuilding, calisthenics, cardio, boxercise. Love it.

Welcome to Bfit Lincs Gym, Caistors friendly, personal fitness club that welcomes persons of all ages and fitness levels. We are a very modern Independent community gym with all the latest training equipment such as treadmills, air watt bike, ski erg, resistance machines, free weights, turf track and sled and our fantastic functional rig plus much more.
We run a wide range of classes for adults and children. Such as Spin, Body Combat, Pilates, yoga, hiit, boogie bounce & lots more.
We are at the forefront of innovation with our very own Inbody composition medical grade scanner and we are proud to be a myzone gym.
We pride ourselves on making our gym fun, relaxed and a nice place to be.
All staff are First Aid Trained and DBS Checked.
