Ordered online but didn't hear anything, sent an email and got a telephone reply apologising as the order had gone astray, Jamie stated to pop in anytime and collect. On arrival later that day the order was ready for me, a lorry was unloading so Jamie loaded the sand onto a trolley and delivered it to my vehicle outside the gates.Things do go wrong sometimes but the measure of any company is the ability to put things right when they do and Jamie and his team did just that.”
