No chance of getting what you want on a Saturday tea time as the products will be all in the back waiting to be worked, especially on the chilled section. When the company insists on not having staff replenishing throughout the day like anywhere else does then it shows all they are interested in is profit and don?t give a stuff about Joe Public.

staff are so rude absolutely shocking how some can get away with the way they talk to customers. The scanning machines needs to be updated don't always scan, not everything is priced on shelves. Pizza counter always closed. now going shopping elsewhere the shop needs cleaning too

This is the best Asda and it's our favourite supermarket. Way better than the ones from London because: fresh local vegetables & fruits when in season&it's normal to be like this, very good quality meats, very good variety on the shelves,cleaner, helpful and polite staff,... over all it's excellent and the best ASDA I've been in so please keep it up team and thank you!

I was going to get my Dad a Bailey's yule log for Christmas... A couple of weeks ago, ASDA had them but the use by date wasn't long, ran out before Christmas. So I looked today, they only had 1 left, date good, 27th, but it was damaged quite badly, looked like it been dropped. I asked them if they'd sell it for £4 instead of full price (£5.50) and the tight so and so's only offered me 50p off. So I told them what tight misery-guts ASDA are. Wouldn't you think they'd have been happy to get something for it. I could understand their attitude if I'd only offered a pound, I thought £4 was a reasonable offer, considering the damage. People should know what a bunch of misery-guts they are. Hope Santa doesn't bring them anything! ? Come on ASDA, where's your Christmas cheer? I hope it doesn't end up in the bin! Please give it to a homeless shelter.

I don?t normally shop at Asda, very occasionally, but have done so for the last 3 Mondays due to having an appt nearby so it?s been convenient! There won?t be a 4th Monday! I?ve tried to give this place a chance but no more! It is a first for me leaving a review for a local supermarket but something needs to change about this place! It is the worst supermarket in Lincoln in my opinion. 100?s of empty shelves and poorly stocked items. Lots of damaged items or boxes of items that have been placed in areas they shouldn?t be which means the prices aren?t showing on the shelf! Shelves always look ransacked! Empty boxes left on shelves or on the floor! Hardly any staff on the shop floor! When I got to the checkout there was only one till open with the same lady that?s been there the last 3 Mondays! I hate self-serve checkout but was forced to use it on my 3rd shopping trip here because the queue for the one till was lengthy! The young girl on self-serve who had to assist me didn?t speak when spoken to which I found rude! How can you be customer facing and not engage politely with your customer! This place needs a shake up! I would not feel proud to be the Manager!

Staff lovely but store detective I didn't recognize stopped us, checked receipt for purchases which was ok then demanded to see phone evidence of click and collect purchases taking my nieces phone off her to do so. This took place in the store entrance in view of all.

I came into the store 4 weeks ago and all of the turkeys had no prices on them i told someone and he said what do you want me to do i came in again last friday and still no prices and to be told again it wasnt her problem

Got what we wanted not a full shop do rest at morrisons. Just avoid school closing times get out before 14.30 if you can.

After doing our shopping we had a 25 minute wait to get to the checkout due to only having half of the checkouts operating.The aisles were filled with people waiting to pay for their goods. When we did get to a checkout the conveyor belt was out of action, meaning both the cashier and myself had to physically push the belt along! I refuse to use a self service checkout unless they pay me for doing their job!

My girlfriend went to get petrol today and was refused because she apparently didn?t pay the last time she went.. she was able to provide proof of payment and would have to hang around until a manager was available. We spend £100s every week on petrol/diesel/food shopping and we will not be returning. She was called over the tannoy system to go to the kiosk and victimised, belittled and embarrassed. Asda hadn?t even checked the CCTV as they would have seen that they have made a mistake and taken the wrong car reg. Still awaiting an apology..
