I have just visited Screwfix at Saxilby and was served by Andy the Duty Manager. I've been to 3 other stores to try and get a pipe and connector for under the sink. Although there wasn't the exact match, Andy found me a cost effective solution. B&Q, Woseley and Howdens, you could learn a few things about customer service. Thanks Andy. Will certainly recommend and use you again.

Shopped there, this morning. They are celebrating being open for a year, serving the needs of trade and domestic customers, from the surrounding villages with courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge of their product range. They never make you feel like an amateur and there are no daft questions. A good location and a great staff crew. Thanks all.

Friendly staff, convenient location, only let down by the very low levels of stock carried in store. If I need ten different items and the branch only has eight I'll just go to the one that has all I want. I don't think Saxilby branch has really been given a chance from day one. Perhaps the building is just too small.
