Called 2 weeks ago to tell them about a fault with the shower glass panel that I'd purchased... Got told straight away that it wasn't covered by the warranty and they would call me back with a price to replace the faulty item. They haven't called me back. Bathroom suite cost £4500 and I feel that they didn't value my custom. Very disappointing
