Had an old mobile ? I no longer used so took it to CEX to see if they would give me a few pounds for it. I was very happy with their offer and all the staff were really nice and friendly. Added to that I'd saved it being thrown away and possibly polluted landfill. ?

Staff I have met in there are friendly enough and know what they are talking about, store is a little run down, you may find some bargains in there but always check at Game first to be sure as they have discounts much better on some occasions. Standard trade in policy, Me "I have 200 dvds, a playstation 5 and the holy grail" cashier "ahh nice, I can give you £3.75" try selling on eBay first or Facebook, use trade in as a last resort.

I bought a game from cex yesterday to cone and play it to find out it doesnt work what a waste of money people buy games to play not to get home and it be non readable its beyond a joke
