The young lady who was on the Nomination bracelet counter was amazing, she was patient, helpful and knew absolutely everything about these bracelets and associated charms. A wonderful shopping experience!

Visited the shop to browse for a present and pick up a repair. Both members of staff were helpful and lovely. They have plenty of items for all budgets and the staff went over and above offering to order items if I required different sizes.
