Bought some Roman blinds which were string and clipped on the back absolutely horrendous every time you use them the clips come off the back definitely nit fit for purpose don?t buy them.But some with chain and Jade alot better than these .Paper ones are much better

Did a bit of shopping at dunelm on a Sunday afternoon which was great.Then went to the cafe for a sandwich and a coffee. About 8 people in front of me. After waiting 20 mins in the queue only one person had been served with a tray of drinks.Returned the sandwiches back to the shelf and left.Only 1 girl taking the orders then taking payment and then making the customers drinks.Far too much for 1 girl to do when there is a queue of customers.Other customers also left without purchasing anything for the same reason as us.I did notice a gentleman cleaning tables.A Second Lady was making salads and baked potatoes.However this did nothing to assist with reducing the length of time to get servedThe Cafe must be losing lots of sales due to the ridiculous amount of time stood in a queue waiting to get served (or not served as in my case).

I found this particular store a bit cramped. The restaurant was cold as they had air con issues, and the car park is very tight. It's not easy to see an empty spot either. Staff were very nice though.

Love that we have a Dunelm locally, hope this store is here to stay. Been in scunthorpe since 1991 and have always known it to be a good shop for most things in your home. Beddings, curtains, carpets and rugs plus much more. Highly recommend, for anyone who wants to visit and it has a café yet to try.

Had a good shopping experience here. There's lots of stock and if you search them out the assistants are pleased to help you.There are lots of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom items and it's hard to come out of the shop without having found something you suddenly find you need! Small café in store too.Good but small car park area by the shop but plenty of space across the road near the Range, Matalan, Home Bargains and more. Disabled parking is also available.

Someone had dropped a tin of paint (not from Dunelm) in the car park. We drove through it and it splashed up the side of our car. The staff were great they came out with cleaning products to help get the paint off, great service above and beyond. Thank you!

Lots of choice, nice and quiet store to wander around. Kind helpful staffing (not for my use, but hear with another customer) clean throughout and loads of choices for good prices. Perfect for building a home. Would recommend and shop here often.
