Whilst the tyre price was competitive and whilst the physical work of a wheel alignment check was done - to be asked after spending £1150 !! on 4 tyres whether after collection being asked if I wanted to spend an extra £96 to complete alignment (10 mins work) was disappointing . I felt that this was unfair and unclear in the quotation such that if I?d known in advance May not have done the deal .

I arrived early, 3 technicians were busy but one still greeted me and made me feel welcome. Another who completed the repair was also equally as friendly and gave me confidence.

While the tyre fitting service was good was upsold the tyre alignment check that showed alignment issues on the front wheels. Paid £70 to fix yet only one minor adjustment made as I was told that the others are not adjustable and these were the ones I expected as there were major variations both + and -Feel ripped off as it should be explained what can be adjusted rather than showing a screen with red values as issues and green as ok.

Good experience at Kwik Fit. Even though it was a busy Sunday the young man in charge was helpful, polite & professional. We had to wait longer than expected but we were kept informed & the waiting area is comfortable. Would recommend this branch & would definitely use it again.

Mixed tyre ratings fitted which could lead the vehicle been unstable and effect braking. I had 4 new tyres fitted. Later I found two tyre ratings had been fitted . 99V and 103W.
