I've visited many different stores recently, and I must say, the cleanliness of M&S compared to other stores is a few notches up. The place is almost immaculate! It's nice when you can walk around a store and not kick or step on cardboard boxes and plastic wrapping constantly. And the staff are lovely and helpful people... read full comment

The cafe continues to provide poor slow service. In this morning at 11.20 am. Monday. Plenty of staff but someone chose to train two baristas at a very busy time leaving only one till and one barista to cope. Poor guy he did a great job. I waited 7 minutes for a cappuccino from 11.31 to 11.38. It is now 11.51 and training... read full comment
