Covid 19 helping customers ?The staff themselves are fine, no problems there but why on earth during a time when we need to spread out and not all be in a building at the same time have you shortened your opening hours, the queues are out the door and round the block. How is that helping your customers ?

Totally fed up with the banking system trying to force online banking on me. I DO NOT want Online Banking.Also can you not actually have a live human being answer the phones instead of recorded messages telling you to press this, press that.The banks say it has closed the Gainsborough branch due to lower customer numbers ,that is probably due to it making it difficult to do anything unless you do either telephone or online banking !!!!Have been with NAT West all my life but am seriously thinking of changing my bank to a "local" bank"with a branch less than a 30mile round trip of my home.

Covid19 was approached at the door by a member of staff who was very over zealous regarding sanitizer. The chap stood right in front of me asking why I was visiting the branch and without asking or telling me suddenly sprayed some form of sanitiser on my hands before allowing me to enter the branch. No disrepect but I was wearing a face covering so knew the importance of staying covid safe. I don't need a stranger spraying me with an unknown substance
