Shop was empty when we arrived other than the staff of course but we did go before normal lunch hours. Meant for very quick service and the lady who served us was fantastic. She was very kind, just the right amount of chatty and seemed to be in jovial spirits. Really seemed to care about what we wanted as well. Would go out of my way to use this Subway vs the others in town based on this experience.

Went here yesterday for some dinner with family . Received the food which was nice but got charged more than we should have. Should have been £27 and we got charged .£32.30 not happy about it rung up and they said they would get back to me received no call back won?t be returning there

Not sure how good it is inside because the times I have tried to go after work they have been closed. Usually get there between 7-7.10 pm and they?re supposed to close at 8.Change your opening times if you?re not going to stick to them.

Really Good Location near Asda for this Subway Restaurant, brings an Great Staff Member Service to keep Customers feeling welcome here, all the Food is fresh and prepared all as it Should, Good seating area and a Clean Place, keep up the nice Work Subway

Foods always nice, and always served by cheerful and happy woman. Night and day difference in sandwich quality and customer service at the Subway (asda entrance) as opposed the the sandwich quality and customer service at the subway opposite morrisons. I would recommend going to the Asda one.Dietary restrictions: I have a cheese allergy and the woman making the sandwiches made sure to change gloves between doing the two she was doing for us.

Ordered Italian bmt footlong with lettuce onion peppers and sweetcorn. They put olives on and when I pointed out I didn?t order them the lady picked them off and put them back in the dish. Cross contamination and not vegan/vegetarian friendly.

Abysmal customer service, supervisor/team leader telling off her young colleagues in front of customers, couldn?t even understand her she spoke so fast and in a weird patronising fake voice she only put on for the customers, she made 3 mistakes on my order. Must be miserable having to work with her :(

Probably the best of the Subway shops in Scunthorpe, right in the entrance to the main Asda supermarket so you can't miss it.
